Do to the nature of the products offered for sale through Daytonastactical.com by Elite Aluminum Products, all sales are final and are non returnable.

 If Items are Returned for refund, total will be refunded subtracting our shipping cost and there is a 10% Restocking and Handling Fee.

Delivery (Shipping Times)

WE ARE STILL SHIPPING TO CALIFORNIA, ALL ITEMS ON WEBSITE EXCEPT MAGAZINES LARGER THAN 10 ROUNDS.

DUE TO CHANGES IN NEW JERSEY STATE LAWS WE HAVE RESTRICTED PARTS THAT CAN SHIP TO THIS STATE INCLUDING 80 PERCENT LOWERS, RIFLE AND PISTOL BUILD KITS AND MAGAZINES. THESE ITEMS CANNOT BE SHIPPED TO NEW JERSEY.

MAKE SURE WHAT YOU ARE BUYING ABIDES BY YOUR LOCAL AND STATE LAWS, WE ARE INSTITUTING RESTRICTIONS ON AREAS FOR PARTS RESTRICTED AS LAWS CHANGE. ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED IF WE FEEL IT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE LAWS IN WHICH THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS ASSOCIATED WITH.

Due to high volume of orders we are backed up 3 to 4 Business days from the time order is placed for shipping out items. We apologize if there is a delay with it. Send an Email to  Daytonastactical@hotmail.com if your order has passed the above ship time, and they will check with Shipping Department to find out the reason for the delay.
